Terms of Service

Pleaseless provides a structured 8-week behavioral program for people-pleasing patterns, plus optional AI coaching, through pleaseless.com. Operated by Mikra Webtec e.K. (Im Malerwinkel 58, 72622 Nürtingen, Germany). The service is educational and coaching-based. Pleaseless does not provide medical or psychological treatment.

The 8-Week Program is a one-time payment of $79 (incl. VAT) and grants lifetime access to all program content, including 1 hour of AI coaching. AI Coach Pro is an optional monthly subscription at $19/month (incl. VAT) for unlimited AI coaching, billed via Stripe, cancellable at any time. Country-specific tax (DE 19% VAT, EU OSS, US sales tax) is calculated and added at checkout where applicable.

Pleaseless content is education and behavioral coaching, not medical or psychological treatment. The AI coach is a structured tool, not a licensed therapist. If you are in crisis, processing trauma, or working with a diagnosed mental-health condition, work with a licensed therapist alongside (or instead of) Pleaseless. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

The AI coach uses third-party large-language-model APIs (currently Anthropic Claude) to generate scripts, run roleplays, and provide reflection prompts. AI output is generated, not curated. It can be wrong. Treat it as a starting point, not authoritative advice. Conversation content may be processed by the API provider for the duration of the request; we do not retain the content for training purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. All program content, lessons, scripts, and materials are owned by Mikra Webtec e.K. You may not redistribute, resell, or share account access. Personal use only.

The 8-Week Program (one-time payment) does not require cancellation — access is lifetime. AI Coach Pro can be cancelled at any time from Settings or by emailing billing@pleaseless.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

To the extent permitted by law, Mikra Webtec e.K. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for direct damages is capped at the amount paid for the relevant plan. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany, for merchants. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
