Email address, optional name, your quiz answers and matched program, your progress through lessons, payment data (processed and stored exclusively by Stripe), and aggregated usage data (page views, conversion events). We do not collect health-related biometric data, medical records, or sensitive identifiers.

To deliver and personalize your 8-week program, process payments, send transactional emails (program activation, daily reminders, receipts), and improve our service. AI coach conversations are processed by Anthropic Claude (third-party API, see Section 4) only for the duration of the request. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

We use: Supabase (database, EU servers), Stripe (payments, with full PCI compliance), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic Claude (optional in-app coach, sends only anonymized session text). Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag — all fired only after explicit cookie consent.

Essential cookies (authentication, locale) are set by default and necessary for the site to function. Analytics and marketing cookies (GA4, Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag) are loaded only after you accept them in our consent banner. You can decline at any time and continue using the site fully.

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings — data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where legally required to retain (e.g. payment records under tax law, kept 10 years).

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email support@pleaseless.com for any request — we respond within 30 days.

Some processors (Stripe, Vercel, Anthropic) operate in the US. Transfers happen under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, with additional safeguards where applicable.
